We are area rug cleaners specializing in cleaning of new and antique oriental rugs, Persian rugs and carpets,Navajo rugs, all types of area rugs and tapestries.

Although most handmade area rugs are of wool, silk and cotton we are knowledgeable and experienced in working with rugs and carpets made of other natural fibers such aloe, hemp, cactus as well as rugs with custom and synthetic fibers.

Our oriental carpet cleaning methods are appropriate and well adapted for most rugs and carpets made of natural and synthetic fibers. Our rug washing methods and steps insure removal of foreign particles such as fine dust, grid, allergens, pathogens, moth eggs and other residues trapped deep inside. These deposits are not satisfactorily removed by regular or commercial vacuums. See our Rug cleaning steps for more information.

We don’t recommend onsite or offsite surface cleaning methods such as steam or dry cleaning. These techniques are suitable for cleaning wall to wall installed carpets and over time may cause damage to area rugs as well as be a foundation for future health issues.
